SensorsView Pro is a tiny but handy application that monitors the temperature of your hardware (including motherboard, CPU, hard discs, etc.) voltages and fan speeds. It provides a lot of info regarding your hardware components with graphics that show the current temperatures, fans and voltages. The application sits silently in your system tray and has a tiny, intuitive but not very attractive user interface. It does not only monitor your hardware but also can alert you if certain thresholds have been exceeded by displaying a balloon on the screen, sending an audio notification, and even sending an e-mail. What is more, the program is fully customizable allowing you to change general settings (tray, temperature format, refresh interval, start), appearance, alarms, logs, temperatures, fans and voltages. The program can also be set to perform certain actions automatically such as shut down of the system, execute a file or command, etc., which reduces the damaging risk enormously. The only problem with this program is that it may not be compatible with your system components and so it can not detect them and can not display any information about them. All in all, SensorsView Pro is a cool program and it definitely deserves a try.
This program logs temperature measurements from the 1-Wire temperature sensors.
